"Preparing for a document review in the electronic
discovery era requires selecting, putting into place, and then using appropriate review tools to manage the review process."

Miralex was founded in 2005 in response to the growing need for outsourced attorney review services as litigation discovery document collections rapidly expanded. The primary driver for the exponential growth in these collections is the inclusion of electronically stored information (ESI) in litigation matters. ESI includes e-mail systems, office files, accounting data, customer record management systems - any information used in the course of business.
We offer comprehensive attorney document review services in support of litigation, pre-litigation and compliance matters from our full-service document review facilities. At the heart of our service are trained teams of admitted attorney reviewers that use our streamlined litigation document review process to perform "first cut" document reviews. Typically, we are reviewing for relevance, privilege, and hot documents, as well as coding each relevant document for central case issues that the primary legal team develops during project initiation. Our clients remain in complete control of the direction of the review efforts while we handle all of the details of the review process. The result is an efficient and economical solution for the handling of litigation documents.
Miralex has experience with cases ranging form 3,000 pages to over 10 million pages. Our review facility in Minneapolis, MN is capable of housing nearly 100 reviewers and we can configure our facility to host multiple concurrent review projects. Our management team has over 60 years of experience with litigation document collections and has worked in support of some of the largest cases in the United States including the Dow-Corning breast implant litigation and the Exxon Valdez oil spill in Alaska.
