Andrea Wallack, Principal and Co-founder

Andrea Wallack serves as a client consultant and is responsible for the strategic management of Miralex. Prior to Miralex, Andrea founded NightOwl Document Management Services in 1991, and has served continuously since that time as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Andrea is also a Managing Director of NightOwl's affiliated document archiving company, ImageXe.

NightOwl was created as a premiere litigation support company and has since expanded to provide comprehensive document solutions across different industries. Responding to the opportunity to provide comprehensive attorney review services in 2005, Andrea co-founded Miralex Document Review services. Under Andrea's direction, Miralex has become a recognized national leader in providing these highly specialized services. Keeping pace with new technology, Miralex continues to maintain the philosophy that the company will never provide a service that will negatively impact its reputation in the industry and carefully examines each new offering before deployment, ensuring a very high level of customer satisfaction.

Andrea received her BS in Biology and Chemistry from Washington and Lee University, and completed postgraduate work at Harvard University in Chemistry.

Thomas Palladino, Principal and Co-founder

Tom Palladino is responsible for client consulting services and operations at Miralex and shares strategic management duties with Andrea Wallack. Prior to founding Miralex, Tom served as President of NightOwl Document Management Services.

At NightOwl, Tom led efforts to establish top level electronic collection and processing services and launch contract attorney review services. Before joining the team at NightOwl, Tom co-founded Hire Quality, Inc., where he designed and deployed major service programs for Fortune 100 companies including UPS, Bell Atlantic, Southwestern Bell, IKON Office Solutions and MBNA Bank. He began his career as a litigation paralegal with a large San Francisco law firm where his primary responsibilities included managing large document collections and conducting document reviews. Tom's expertise is in helping clients understand technology-driven services and consulting with them as to the best way to manage large document collections. His litigation support experience provides clients with a unique and valuable perspective.

Tom holds a Bachelors degree from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Scott Sterkel, Director of Sales & Marketing

Scott Sterkel has been involved in the legal field for over twenty years and serves as the Director of Sale and Marketing for Miralex. Previous to Miralex, Scott served as the Director of National Sales at NightOwl Document Management Services.

His career began as a litigation paralegal. For five years, he was responsible for document intensive matters in which computer databases were used to manage large document collections. Scott's paralegal career culminated in Los Angeles at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. Scott spent the next nine years in litigation support sales and management with two highly successful companies. He was continually recognized as an industry leader throughout Los Angeles. In the fall of 1999, Scott was hired by Quorum to join their executive team in Minneapolis as National Director of Sales.

Scott's specialty is working with clients to develop efficient, cost-effective solutions for managing document collections of all sizes. His years of experience are a valuable resource for clients to leverage during the course of litigation.

Scott holds a B.A. degree in Journalism/Public Relations from Colorado State University.
