The data experts at Miralex possess the skills and experience to efficiently identify, collect and manage the vast amount of electronic evidence that is now almost certain to accompany most litigation matters. Once engaged, Our collection processes establish a defensible chain of custody that ensures the absolute confidentiality, security and integrity of client evidence.
The collection of electronic data begins by consulting with clients about strategies for the discovery. This consultation takes place in a highly collaborative environment that includes the attorneys, paralegals, litigation support staff and IT personnel of the parties involved in the matter. It is in this environment that Miralex is able to provide insight into the best practices for ensuring that all relevant data is expeditiously collected.
Miralex technicians can handle the collection of data on-site or it can be transmitted by the client to our central processing facility in Minneapolis. Data can be received by Miralex in virtually any format (CD-ROM, DVD, hard drive, back up tape or other storage device) and upon receipt will be uploaded to our secure network to preserve its original integrity and avoid spoliation.
